The purpose of the chart is to give you a more formal policy for each organization listed. That being said, this is not a blanket policy to be used for every situation. We must continue exercise good judgment and make sure to bring unique circumstances or special requests to the attention of a Supervisor or Manager. Remember that we are advocates for our patrons and if we have to occasionally deviate from an established policy, we will do so to serve our patrons.
