- Please make sure you are aware of any age restrictions before purchasing your tickets.
- Before completing your order, carefully review your event and seat selection.
- When you examine your order please make sure that you have selected the exact seats you require for the correct show, on the correct date, at the correct venue. Mistakes can not be rectified after the sale has been confirmed.
- Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, promoters, teams and theatres, prohibit Ticket Alternative from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
- If you have not received your tickets 24 hours before the start of the event it is your responsibility to contact Ticket Alternative and make arrangements to pick your tickets up at will call. Tickets that are not mailed are held at will call.
- Ticket Alternative is not responsible for tickets ordered but not picked up at will call. By agreeing to these terms purchasers waive their right to a refund for tickets not picked up at will call.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Ticket Alternative makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price if applicable. Shipping charges & facility fees are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be issued. In some cases, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions.
Please make sure to include/provide your Ticket Alternative confirmation number so we can expedite your refund if applicable. If you purchased the ticket (s) at a ticket center, you will need to return the tickets directly to the ticket center where you purchased the tickets.
Tickets purchased through Ticket Alternative are subject to a convenience fee.
Delivery of Tickets and Will Call
Orders are processed only after a billing address has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Ticket Alternative customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Ticket Alternative is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Ticket Alternative may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
You will need to bring a picture ID, a printed copy of your receipt and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets to the venue on the day of the event to pick up your tickets and gain admittance. Only the cardholder can pick the tickets up, they can not be left in someone else's name. Please remember to print and bring the confirmation emailed to you when picking up tickets from the Will Call window where your event takes place. Ticket Alternative is not responsible for tickets ordered but not picked up at will call. By agreeing to these terms purchasers waive their right to any refund for tickets not picked up at will call.
In order to pick up your tickets, you will be required to present:
- Your valid state photo ID, driver's license or passport
- The credit card you used to purchase the tickets
The box office will not release tickets if the name on the ID or credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets from Ticket Alternative or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets. To find out what other types of photo ID are acceptable at the venue's Will Call, please contact the venue directly.
If you have selected United States Postal Service as your delivery method, please allow at least 14 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. Tickets sent via USPS can be sent only to the verified billing address within the U.S. or Canada. For orders outside the U.S. or Canada, see International Order Processing below.
If you have selected to receive your Print-At-Home tickets, they will be sent to you via email. You must print out every ticket. If you ordered multiple tickets, you must remember to print every ticket. You must present your Print-At-Home tickets for entry into an event. You cannot use your confirmation number. FedEx packages are sent only to the verified billing address in the U.S. and cannot be sent to Canada or to any other country. If you selected FedEx, please allow at least 2 business days for delivery. For further details view our FedEx delivery information page. If you have not received your tickets and your event is less than 48 hours away, please contact us.
Ticket Alternative accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We do not accept prepaid credit cards or prepaid debit cards.
Pricing and Availability
Ticket Alternative sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues, which means Ticket Alternative does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, charge-by-phone centers, ticket centers and box offices. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory, therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event, however Ticket Alternative does not control this inventory or its availability. Check out our FAQ's section for more information on ticket availability.
Amount of Tickets Per Customer
When purchasing tickets from Ticket Alternative you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This amount is included on the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. Orders exceeding the ticket limit may be cancelled without notice by Ticket Alternative at its discretion. This includes duplicate orders having the same name, billing address or credit card.
Re-Sale of Tickets
Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. If tickets are cancelled, Ticket Alternative may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
Ticket Alternative reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason at the request of our clients, including venues, promoters, teams and theatres. If tickets are cancelled, Ticket Alternative may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
By agreeing to these terms, purchasers will not hold Ticket Alternative responsible or liable for any services provided by any venue, promoter, team, or artist deemed unsatisfactory. Ticket Alternative is strictly a provider of ticketing services. Ticket Alternative is only responsible for delivering tickets purchased through the Ticket Alternative ticketing system and is in no way responsible for the services provided at the events. All complaints and refund requests for any reason other than event cancellation should be directed to the promoter of the event attended.
Ticket Alternative disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party users, Ticket Alternative users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Site, in connection with the Ticket Alternative service or otherwise related to your use of the Site and/or the Ticket Alternative service. Ticket Alternative is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the web site, ticket or in advertisements. Ticket Alternative is not liable for any incorrect customer information entered.
International Order Processing
If you are purchasing tickets outside the U.S. or Canada, please call (USA 001) 404-897-2388. Tickets will be held in Will Call at the venue box office. You must provide an email address, along with a local telephone number where you can be contacted up to the day of the event. All prices quoted and charged are in U.S. currency.
When creating an account, you may choose to Opt In or Opt Out to receive email updates from us and those involved in the event (e.g., venues, teams, artists' representatives and fan clubs, promoters and leagues), and that you consent to those involved in the event using your information to contact you by e-mail or other means to send you marketing or other messages or using or disclosing your information in other ways.
